Technical interviews
Ask a friend, or read a prompt aloud, and use Live Guidance to draft a first-person explanation. Check whether the draft matches work you actually did. Spoken technical help is also covered on the AI interview copilot page.
Practice
A mock interview is a rehearsal. AceTheMeet's 15-minute mock lets you run Live Guidance, try a coding capture, and read a recap before you spend paid minutes or sit a conversation that counts.
Use real-time assistance only where the interviewer, employer, or platform allows it. The 15-minute mock is for practice.
Why bother
Reading about a product and using it under a timer are different. The mock is where you learn where the overlay sits, how Get answer (Ctrl) behaves, and how long a draft takes on your network.
It also gives you a low-stakes pass at questions you find awkward: a thin project story, a design follow-up, or a problem you can explain but freeze on. Familiarity with the pressure is the point. The mock does not predict how a particular company will interview you, and it does not promise a better outcome.
New accounts include 15 minutes of Live Guidance trial time and 15 minutes of Meeting Intelligence trial time. Open the mock interview start page and sign in. The Windows app is what you practice in. Install it from the download page.
The offer
The mock is tied to your account so the free minutes can be applied. The start page explains the rehearsal and sends you to sign in.
Set Interview language, press Start, and run Live Guidance the same way you would later. Stealth turns on for that session. The overlay is built to stay off screen share.
Fifteen minutes is enough to rehearse a few questions or one coding capture, not a full loop of every round. Pick one scenario and repeat it until the controls feel ordinary.
If you ran Live Guidance and then pressed Stop, Post-Interview Intelligence can score the transcript saved on your device. That reading is about the practice session, not a hiring decision.
What to rehearse
Choose one. The mock is more useful when you know which skill you are testing.
01
Ask a friend, or read a prompt aloud, and use Live Guidance to draft a first-person explanation. Check whether the draft matches work you actually did. Spoken technical help is also covered on the AI interview copilot page.
02
Practice a story from your resume: the situation, what you did, and what changed. The draft should follow that resume. If a detail is missing, do not invent an employer to fill the gap.
03
Turn Coding Mode on and capture a problem you already know how to solve. The goal is the shortcut and the overlay, not a surprise algorithm. Limits are on the coding interview copilot page.
04
Lock a supported language before Start and practice listening plus speaking in that language. The list is on the multilingual interview assistant page.
Afterward
After you stop a Live Guidance session, scoring uses the transcript, not the hints that were on the overlay. You can see a performance score, technical strengths, personalized feedback, a next-round plan, a short follow-up draft, and an exportable report from History.
Use that as a mirror for the practice session: which answer was vague, which example was missing, what you would say next time. It is not a certified assessment, and it is not evidence of how an employer will score you.
When the free minutes are gone, session packs for Live Guidance are on the pricing page. Meeting Intelligence Pro is a separate plan for everyday meeting recaps.
Boundaries
Practice here. If a real interview, exam, or coding test prohibits AI assistance, do not use Live Guidance or Coding Mode in that session. The product terms say the same thing, and the AI interview assistant page explains the live features you would be turning off.
The mock also will not invent confidence or a job offer. It shows you the workflow and a transcript-based recap. The rest is still your preparation.

Yes. Use Live Guidance for spoken questions and Coding Mode for an on-screen problem. Fifteen minutes is a short rehearsal, so pick one scenario. Coding limits are on the coding interview copilot page.
Yes, if you lock a supported Interview language before Start. The current list is on the multilingual interview assistant page.
If you stop a Live Guidance session, Post-Interview Intelligence can score the local transcript: performance score, strengths, feedback, a next-round plan, a follow-up draft, and an exportable report. That score is not a hiring outcome.
No. It lets you learn the product and rehearse a few answers. Improvement depends on what you practice and how you use the recap. AceTheMeet does not promise offers or a specific result.
Live Guidance then draws from a prepaid session pack. Prices are on the pricing page. The mock minutes are practice time, not a second hidden plan.
Sign in, open the Windows app, and rehearse the kind of question you actually struggle with. Add paid time later if you need it.
