AceTheMeetAI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are specifically tailored to AceTheMeetAI (acethemeetai.com), an AI-powered desktop application that provides real-time live guidance for job interviews and bot-free meeting intelligence. The Service uses native OS-level audio capture (no meeting bots), offers stealth/invisible overlays, stealth coding guidance, post-interview analysis, executive summaries, action-item extraction, multilingual support, and related features. Payments are processed via Dodo Payments. Prepaid session packs (Single Session, Five Pack, Ten Pack) and the recurring Meeting Intelligence Pro subscription are the primary commercial offerings.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AceTheMeetAI website (acethemeetai.com), dashboard, desktop applications (Windows and any other supported platforms), and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by AceTheMeetAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, downloading the application, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

2. The Service

AceTheMeetAI is an AI Interview & Meeting Copilot that provides:

• Real-time live guidance and human-like AI answer generation during interviews and calls
• 100% invisible / stealth capture via native OS integration (no AI bots join meetings)
• Stealth coding guidance (on-screen problem capture and solution streaming while remaining invisible on screen share)
• Post-interview intelligence, performance scoring, feedback, and exportable .docx reports
• Meeting intelligence features including automated executive summaries, smart action-item extraction, and follow-up email drafts
• Phone interview support and multilingual insights (English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese, German, Arabic, and others as supported)
• One desktop application with switchable modes for high-stakes interviews and everyday meetings

Features, availability, performance, AI models used, and product entitlements may change over time. We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable. The Service may rely on third-party AI models, cloud infrastructure, and payment processors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific latency, or that any feature will remain available indefinitely.

You acknowledge that the “stealth” / “invisible” / “undetectable” nature of the capture and overlay is designed to operate only on your local device and not appear in screen shares, recordings, or to other participants. We make no guarantee that the Service will remain undetectable under all conditions, future platform changes, or detection technologies.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate, complete account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of forming a binding contract. The Service is not intended for individuals under 18.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service, other users, third parties, or us.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, Session Packs, and Refunds

Paid offerings are billed through our payment processor (currently Dodo Payments) according to the pricing and plan selected at checkout.

Session Packs (Single Session, Five Pack, Ten Pack, and any similar prepaid offerings) are one-time purchases of prepaid Live Guidance minutes. Minutes are consumed as you use Live Guidance features. Unused minutes generally do not expire unless otherwise stated at purchase, but we reserve the right to set reasonable expiration periods with notice.

Meeting Intelligence Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that provides unlimited meeting sessions and related intelligence features while active. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the cancellation method we provide. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you retain access until then.

By purchasing, you authorize the applicable one-time or recurring charges. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial use of session packs or subscription periods, except where required by law.

We may change prices prospectively. Material price increases will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current prepaid pack or billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

Taxes (if any) are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, professional code, or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality obligations).
• Use the Service in any job interview, assessment, exam, coding test, or evaluation where the use of AI assistance, real-time aids, or external tools is prohibited by the interviewer, employer, platform, or applicable rules.
• Misrepresent AI-assisted output as wholly human-authored where disclosure is required by law, employer policy, professional rules, or context.
• Use the Service for unlawful surveillance, fraud, harassment, discrimination, academic dishonesty, or other harmful or illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, overload, disrupt, or circumvent security, usage limits, or detection-related controls of the Service.
• Share account credentials or access in a way that circumvents plan limits or security measures.
• Use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate deepfakes, synthetic impersonations, or content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm.
• Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other methods to circumvent safety filters or usage restrictions.
• Input highly sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, health data, financial account numbers, or third-party confidential information) unless you have the legal right to do so and it is necessary for your legitimate use.
• Use outputs or the Service to train, improve, or develop competing AI models or services.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs beyond your personal or internal business use, except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage our reputation or expose us to legal liability arising from your misuse.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service (including during interviews or meetings) complies with all applicable laws, employer policies, platform terms, and ethical standards. We may investigate and take action (including suspension or termination) for suspected violations.

6. Intellectual Property and Output Ownership

The Service (including software, models, branding, documentation, overlays, and underlying technology) is owned by AceTheMeetAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

Your Content and Inputs: You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or create locally (“Your Content”), including any resume, job description, notes, or audio you process. You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely as necessary to provide and operate the Service for you.

AI Outputs: Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the outputs generated for you by the Service based on your inputs, to the extent ownership is possible under applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any outputs complies with law and third-party rights. We retain all rights in the underlying models, algorithms, and Service.

Feedback: If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not use your prompts, audio, uploads, or outputs to train or improve our (or third-party) foundation models, except as necessary to provide the Service to you or with your explicit consent, and subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, fabricated (“hallucinations”), or unsuitable for your situation. They are not professional advice (career, legal, technical, or otherwise). Live guidance, coding solutions, performance scores, summaries, and feedback are assistive tools only. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing, verifying, adapting, and deciding how to use any output or the Service. You assume all risk arising from reliance on the Service or its outputs, including any impact on interview outcomes, job offers, or professional consequences.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of harmful components, that latency will meet any specific target, that the stealth/invisible features will remain undetectable under all conditions, or that defects will be corrected.

The Service does not guarantee any particular interview result, job offer, or meeting outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACETHEMEETAI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, JOB OPPORTUNITY, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100)).

These limitations apply regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and survive any termination of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AceTheMeetAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service or outputs (including during interviews or meetings); (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms, applicable law, employer policies, or platform rules; or (d) your infringement or violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription or stop using prepaid minutes through the available methods.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, to protect the Service or other users, or for any other reason with notice when practicable. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease using the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.

We are not obligated to retain or provide access to Your Content after termination, except as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (e.g., email or in-product). Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information (including any audio, transcripts, or interview-related data processed by the Service) is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review it carefully.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

14. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. Notices may be provided electronically.
